The Assembly on Studying Expenses involves collectives and individuals originating from inside or outside the university grounds, who choose not to participate in political parties or elections, and find themselves associated with unmediated struggles concerning the university.

Our goal is not just to describe the situation and its consequences upon our lives, but to declare that the solution lies on the hands of each and every one of us. We do not expect the State or any other authority to catter for our needs. Building on equal relations between us, we plan and act collectively against every part of the educational reform and for the satisfaction of our needs.
